My name is Wesley Bethune. I am a listener-candidate for the KPFT LSB. I wish to state the following for the record:
I witnessed the exchange between Tucker Bradley and Ken Freeland on the evening of October 15 referenced in Mr. Freeland's complaint and in the subsequent ruling of national elections supervisor Les Radke.
I was interviewed by national elections supervisor Lester Radke prior to his October 19 ruling on Mr. Freeland's complaint.
I did not report to Mr. Radke that I saw Ken Freeland “leap” at Ms. Bradley, nor did I observe the same.
I did not report to Mr. Radke that I saw Ms. Bradley move at all in response to any movement on Mr. Freeland's part, nor did I observe any physical contact between Mr. Freeland and Ms. Bradley, including Mr. Freeland's baseball cap.
I did not report to Mr. Radke nor did I observe any spit coming from Mr. Freeland towards Ms. Bradley.
I did not report to Mr. Radke that Mr. Freeland shouted “youshutup” to Ms. Bradley.
My significant other, Sally, was also present during the exchange, and was not interviewed by Lester Radke prior to his October 19 ruling banning Mr. Freeland from all campaign events run by the local elections supervisor.
